- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into ½-inch sticks and soak in cold water for 15 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Drain and dry the potato sticks thoroughly.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crispiness.
- In a separate bowl, combine minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and parsley. Once fries are done cooking, toss them in this mixture while hot.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dip.
