- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup turkey pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil (for spraying)
Instructions
- Allow pizza dough to reach room temperature (20 minutes if store-bought). Roll out to 1/8 inch thick if homemade.
- Cut dough into 3×3-inch squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Add mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni slices to each square; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt.
- Fold each square over the filling, crimping edges firmly to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with olive oil; arrange rolls in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crisping.
- Let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
