Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (approximately 150g each)
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 150 ml light cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mustard, light cream, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Place the cod fillets in the prepared baking dish and generously pour the mustard sauce over them.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the fish is tender and the sauce is slightly golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
