Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For frosting, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Once cooled, frost the cake generously.
