Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until fully combined.
- Mix in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir just until combined.
- Fold in optional add-ins if desired.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes; check doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
