Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour and baking soda; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the dry banana pudding mix until well blended.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures gently using a wooden spoon.
- Fold in white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes, removing before they start to brown.
- Cool on a rack or enjoy warm.
