Ingredients
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1–2 chillies
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 8 large prawns (cleaned with shells on)
Instructions
- Prepare your BBQ by lighting firelighters under charcoal until they are white hot.
- In a pan, heat olive oil; add grated garlic and sliced chillies, cooking for about 2 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest until fragrant.
- Marinate cleaned prawns in half of the garlic mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Grill prawns over high heat until pink and charred, about 1 minute per side.
- Drizzle remaining marinade over grilled prawns before serving.
