Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts (shredded)
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup green onions (thinly sliced)
- Juice of lime
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- Kosher salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Brown the beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef with green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper until browned. Transfer to a plate.
- Cook the Brussels sprouts: In the same skillet, heat avocado oil. Add shredded Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until soft and golden (about 5 to 7 minutes).
- Combine: Return beef to the skillet with Brussels sprouts, stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Mix well until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
