  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef with green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Cook the Brussels sprouts: In the same skillet, heat avocado oil. Add shredded Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until soft and golden (about 5 to 7 minutes).
  3. Combine: Return beef to the skillet with Brussels sprouts, stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Mix well until heated through.
