Scale
  • 2 sheets of pre-made puff pastry
  • 2 cups frozen wild blueberries (or other berries)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 small lemon
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  3. On a floured surface, roll out each pastry sheet into rectangles and cut into triangles.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream together, then gradually add cold heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until fluffy. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Place a spoonful of berry filling followed by cream filling on each triangle of puff pastry, then roll tightly from the wide end.
  6. Brush with egg wash (if using) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving warm.
