Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by washing and peeling the potatoes and dicing the vegetables.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Add ground lamb to the skillet; cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in minced garlic and seasonings; mix well.
- Incorporate diced potatoes into the mixture; cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
