- 200 g mascarpone cheese

- 40 g granulated sugar
- Biscoff cookies
- Biscoff spread
- Ladyfingers

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, whipping cream stabilizer, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until combined.
- Gradually add heavy cream while mixing until stiff peaks form.
- Cut ladyfingers into thirds for layering.
- Line a baking ring with plastic wrap and arrange ladyfingers around it, filling the base with smaller pieces.
- Layer cream mixture, Biscoff spread, and cookie crumbs alternately in the ring.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, drizzle warmed Biscoff spread on top and garnish with strawberries.
