Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ¾ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 16 oz Cream cheese
- ⅔ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time and vanilla.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold into the wet mixture along with chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mash 1 cup blackberries with lemon juice and cornstarch; fold into two-thirds of the cheesecake batter.
- Spread brownie batter into the pan; layer with plain cheesecake batter followed by blackberry cheesecake batter. Swirl gently.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool for an hour before chilling in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight before slicing.
