  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • ⅔ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Fresh blackberries
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time and vanilla.
  3. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold into the wet mixture along with chocolate chips.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Mash 1 cup blackberries with lemon juice and cornstarch; fold into two-thirds of the cheesecake batter.
  6. Spread brownie batter into the pan; layer with plain cheesecake batter followed by blackberry cheesecake batter. Swirl gently.
  7. Bake for 45–55 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool for an hour before chilling in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight before slicing.
