Ingredients
- 1 lb sliced chicken or turkey sausage
- 2 cups diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Boil salted water in a pot; add tortellini and cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine bell peppers, red onion, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; toss until coated.
- Grill kielbasa on the preheated grill for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Push kielbasa aside; add seasoned vegetables to the grill and cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Add drained tortellini to the grill; toss everything together for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed; serve garnished with fresh parsley.
