Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 8 oz brie cheese (sliced into wedges)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry recommended)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 8-10 triangles.
  3. Arrange triangles in a circle on the prepared baking sheet with pointed ends facing outwards.
  4. Layer sliced brie around the inner ring and spoon cranberry sauce over the brie.
  5. Fold triangle tips over filling and tuck them under to form a wreath shape.
  6. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle chopped rosemary.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
