  • 1 (12-ounce) can beef broth (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons Creole Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 lb pre-cooked snow crab leg clusters
  • 11 ½ lbs jumbo shrimp
  • 46 ears sweet corn on the cob
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • lemon juice
  • parsley
  • smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large stockpot, combine water and beef broth; bring to a boil. Add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, onion, and lemon; boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Add sausage rounds and baby potatoes; cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Carefully add snow crab clusters, shrimp, and corn; boil for another 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  4. For the garlic butter sauce, melt butter in a saucepan with garlic, lemon juice, seasonings; simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Serve seafood on a lined baking sheet; pour garlic butter sauce over everything and enjoy!
