- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large egg whites (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- ⅓ cup milk (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease mason jars.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg whites one at a time, then mix in canola oil.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients and milk into the wet mixture. Stir in vanilla and sprinkles.
- Pour batter into jars about halfway full.
- Bake on a baking sheet for approximately 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before frosting with your favorite icing.
