- 8 ounces white chocolate or candy melts
- 3 tablespoons red candy melts (for drizzling, optional)
- Green sanding sugar for decoration
Instructions
- Unwrap the Little Debbie Cakes and place them in a large mixing bowl. Use a handheld mixer to crumble the cakes until you achieve a dough-like consistency. Fold in the festive sprinkles.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into smooth balls. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
- For decoration, melt red candy melts in a piping bag and drizzle over each truffle. Sprinkle with green sanding sugar and refrigerate until set.
