Indulge in the festive spirit with Cake Truffles made from Little Debbie cakes! These delightful no-bake treats are perfect for holiday gatherings, cozy family nights, or as thoughtful gifts. With their vibrant colors and rich flavors, these truffles will impress everyone at your celebration.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 12 truffles 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of Little Debbie Cakes (5 cakes)
  • 3 tablespoons festive sprinkles
  • 8 ounces white chocolate or candy melts
  • 3 tablespoons red candy melts (for drizzling, optional)
  • Green sanding sugar for decoration

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the Little Debbie Cakes and place them in a large mixing bowl. Use a handheld mixer to crumble the cakes until you achieve a dough-like consistency. Fold in the festive sprinkles.
  2. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into smooth balls. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
  5. For decoration, melt red candy melts in a piping bag and drizzle over each truffle. Sprinkle with green sanding sugar and refrigerate until set.
