Ingredients
- 2 naan breads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the naan on a baking sheet.
- Brush each naan generously with olive oil.
- Layer the mozzarella slices evenly on top, followed by the tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and top with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
