- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper until combined.
- Marinate the beef short ribs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best results).
- Sear the marinated ribs in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
- Pour the marinade over the ribs, cover with a lid, and roast in the oven for about 3 hours until tender.
