Instructions
- Prepare the cookie dough by creaming together softened butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour.
- Make the cheesecake filling by blending cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Assemble cookies by flattening dough, adding cheesecake filling, and sealing before rolling into balls.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over cooled cookies and sprinkle with chopped Reese's.
