- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning as per the packet instructions.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the seasoned beef over half of the dough, then top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pressing edges to seal.
- Cut into strips about 1 inch wide and twist each strip before placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
