Ingredients
- 500 grams Ground Chicken
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.
- Add ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Wet your hands and shape the mixture into elongated oval koftas.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Grill each kofta for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- For the garlic yogurt sauce, mix plain yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Serve kofta alongside garlic yogurt sauce and enjoy with your favorite sides!
