Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 2 ripe peaches (sliced)
- 1/2 cup peach or pineapple juice
- 750 ml chilled sparkling substitute
- Ginger ale or soda water for topping
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries; slice the peaches into wedges.
- In a large pitcher, combine raspberries, strawberries, and sliced peaches.
- Pour in the chilled sparkling substitute and peach juice, then gently stir to mix.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, top with ginger ale or soda water for added fizz.
