Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 cup strawberries (diced)
- 48 pretzels
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and diced strawberries until well blended.
- On a parchment-lined baking tray, arrange 28 pretzels and top each with about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture. Place an additional pretzel on top to create a sandwich. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Dip each frozen pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Optionally sprinkle with crushed peanuts before returning to the freezer until set.
