Ingredients
- 25 Oreos
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 6 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3.5 oz chocolate bar (melted)
- 10 oz cream cheese (room temperature) for the peanut butter layer
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Oreos into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the base.
- For the chocolate layer, beat together cream cheese until smooth. Add cocoa powder, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate; mix until well combined. Pour over the crust.
- In a clean bowl, beat room temperature cream cheese for the peanut butter layer until smooth. Mix in sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth; pour over the chocolate layer.
- Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form; gradually add powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the peanut butter layer.
- Drizzle melted peanut butter on top and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
