- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave; let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Incorporate vanilla, heavy cream, and melted chocolate.
- Sift in flour and fold gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is browned and center jiggles slightly.
- Cool at room temperature for an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
