Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices of turkey bacon
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- Olive oil for cooking
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sear the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble each sub by layering chopped chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Close the rolls and slice them in half if desired. Serve immediately.
