  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2½ teaspoons refined coconut oil
  • 1 cup walnut pieces

Instructions

  1. Melt semi-sweet chocolate with coconut oil until smooth; pour into a lined container to set.
  2. Slice bananas and sauté until golden brown; add brown sugar to caramelize and cool.
  3. Heat milk, cream, and glucose syrup until just simmering; blend with caramelized bananas until smooth. Chill mixture.
  4. Churn the chilled mixture in an ice cream machine until thickened.
