- 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with butter mixture, alternating with sour cream until just combined.
- Mix in whole milk gently until smooth.
- Prepare the cinnamon swirl by combining brown sugar and cinnamon; drizzle in melted butter to create a paste.
- Fill each cupcake liner with batter and add the cinnamon swirl mixture; swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before drizzling with glaze made from powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
