Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8½ x 4½-inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to parchment paper.
- Brush with melted butter while warm and sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar topping.
