Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking tray and spread evenly into a thin rectangle.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely before peeling off the parchment paper and cutting into sections for filling.
