  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped Turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, reserving drippings in the skillet.
  2. Add diced onion to the drippings; sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.

  4. Mix in trimmed green beans, ranch seasoning, thyme, rosemary, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  5. Cover and let simmer for 15–20 minutes or until both green beans and potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in the reserved crispy bacon and season with salt and pepper before serving warm.
