- 1 lb fresh green beans (trimmed)
- 4 cups baby potatoes (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped Turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, reserving drippings in the skillet.
- Add diced onion to the drippings; sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in diced baby potatoes; cook for 5–7 minutes until they begin to brown.
- Mix in trimmed green beans, ranch seasoning, thyme, rosemary, and chicken broth. Stir well.
- Cover and let simmer for 15–20 minutes or until both green beans and potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the reserved crispy bacon and season with salt and pepper before serving warm.
