Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream and white chocolate chips over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat, then blend in orange zest, vanilla extract, and fresh orange juice. Allow cooling for 15-20 minutes.
- Refrigerate ganache for 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Roll chilled ganache into balls using a cookie scoop.
- Chill rolled truffles again for 30 minutes.
- Melt candy coating or white chocolate in intervals until smooth. Dip truffles into coating, ensuring full coverage.
- Place coated truffles on parchment-lined baking sheet; optionally garnish with extra orange zest.
