Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter, divided
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
- Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; sear in olive oil for about 3-4 minutes per side. Rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, cook seasoned shrimp for about 1-2 minutes per side until opaque.
- Lower heat, add butter and garlic to the skillet; cook until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, cheeses, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Simmer the sauce until thickened. Toss in cooked fettuccine and parsley.
- Top pasta with sliced steak and shrimp. Garnish as desired.
