  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
  2. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; sear in olive oil for about 3-4 minutes per side. Rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, cook seasoned shrimp for about 1-2 minutes per side until opaque.
  4. Lower heat, add butter and garlic to the skillet; cook until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, cheeses, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Simmer the sauce until thickened. Toss in cooked fettuccine and parsley.
  6. Top pasta with sliced steak and shrimp. Garnish as desired.
