Ingredients

  • 200 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer gently before stirring in Parmesan cheese until thickened.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta and lightly steamed broccoli into the sauce until well-coated.
  5. Serve topped with sliced chicken and fresh parsley.
