Ingredients

- 200 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
- 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown; set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer gently before stirring in Parmesan cheese until thickened.
- Toss the cooked pasta and lightly steamed broccoli into the sauce until well-coated.
- Serve topped with sliced chicken and fresh parsley.
