Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add orzo pasta and chicken broth; cook until orzo is almost al dente (8-10 minutes).
- Stir in broccoli florets, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese; cook until everything is creamy and heated through.
- Return seared chicken to the skillet, mix gently, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
