Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground Turkey sausage over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add diced onion and cook for 1-2 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in the petite diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and ditalini pasta. Bring to a boil and cook until pasta is al dente (about 8 minutes).
  4. Reduce heat to medium and stir in softened cream cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
