- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup white grape juice
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 small tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and coating it in seasoned flour.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes and flour; stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and white grape juice, then season with Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. Simmer gently.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce and add the chicken back to heat through.
