- 2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 slices thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 8 slices thinly sliced deli beef chicken
- 8 slices cheese (Swiss, provolone, or mild cheddar)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Layer each triangle with one slice of cheese, one slice of deli beef chicken, and one slice of roast beef.
- Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the tip and tuck the tip underneath.
- Brush the croissants with melted butter and sprinkle optional toppings if desired.
- Place croissants in the air fryer basket without overcrowding and cook for 6 minutes.
- Flip the croissants over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
