- 1 large head of cauliflower

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then slice it into ¾-inch thick steaks.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture generously on both sides of each steak.
- Arrange the seasoned steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet without overlapping.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
