  3. Set up breading station: beat eggs in one bowl and place panko breadcrumbs in another.
  4. Coat each chicken piece in seasoned flour, then dip in eggs before rolling in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  7. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
