Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying

- Sriracha, to taste

Instructions
- Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Set up breading station: beat eggs in one bowl and place panko breadcrumbs in another.
- Coat each chicken piece in seasoned flour, then dip in eggs before rolling in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per side).
- Drain excess oil on paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha (to taste), honey, and lime juice.
- Toss fried chicken pieces with the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately on a platter.
