Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in beaten eggs then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange coated florets on the baking sheet ensuring they are spaced out.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
