Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the florets and toss until evenly coated. Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese (if using), mixing well to ensure all florets are coated.
- Spread the florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
