Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked.
- Slice croissants in half and toast lightly if desired.
- Assemble each sandwich with a slice of cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and turkey bacon or sausage before topping with the other half of the croissant.
- Serve warm or wrap individually in foil and freeze for later use.
