- 2 cups fresh cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash cucumbers thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds. You can peel them if you prefer a softer texture.
- Thinly slice the red onion and chop the fresh dill.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, onion, and dill. Toss lightly.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
