Instructions

- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips combined with coconut oil in short intervals until smooth.
- Dip each cranberry round into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing it back on the baking sheet.
- Return to the freezer for about 30 minutes until fully set.
