- 1/2 cup Sliced Jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
- Dipping Sauces (ranch, sriracha mayo, or honey mustard)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3×4 inch rectangles.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each rectangle, fold over to seal, and press edges firmly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for golden color.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
