Instructions
- Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds or half-moons.
- Chop the imitation crab sticks into small pieces and cube the avocado carefully.
- In a mixing bowl, combine kewpie mayonnaise and whipped cream cheese. Add soy sauce and mix until smooth.
- Gently toss the sliced cucumber, chopped imitation crab sticks, and cubed avocado in the dressing until well coated.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top before serving.
