  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400° F (200° C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and chop the russet potatoes into uniform bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes to steam the potatoes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the hot potatoes and return to the oven for 1-2 minutes until melted.
