- 3 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400° F (200° C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and chop the russet potatoes into uniform bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and cover with foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes to steam the potatoes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the hot potatoes and return to the oven for 1-2 minutes until melted.
