- 2 packages all-butter puff pastry (28 ounces total)
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate bars
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and chill the puff pastry until ready.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out one sheet of cold puff pastry and cut it into 4 strips.
- Place about 2 teaspoons of chocolate on each strip, fold over, and roll to form croissants.
- Seal the edges with an egg wash, then chill for 20 minutes.
- Bake for 26-27 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
